The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

As a field supervisor, we noticed that behavior of project engineer is not Soo good. Project engineer not says what work or responsibility is your or in simple word says it not give information about work only decide your block .I think this much better experience have a office employee work.in future may be again join medhaj Pvt.
