I apprectaite them for giving me my first job after my graduation. The pay was pretty good and the facility and other benefits also. The company focused on customers success as well as employee development. There were frequent team outing and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with owls. Few managers who had very good experience in immigration law things were very support to sharpen the skills and knowledge. The team I was under it was very nice and supporying. Plus their hirarachy is very clear. Work culture is feels like MNC'sand safe and sound culture for female. It is not hard to reach upto 4.5 hours billing per day which is necessary for this job. Office is located in front of the metro station, so it was great relaxation from hectic b'lore traffic. Not providing health insurance, which was important to me To be honest nothing else to be dislike.

The work environment is friendly and supportive. Seniors and colleagues are always ready to help. I got to learn alot about Canadian Immigration laws and process. Good place for career growth. Management is understanding , and work-life balance is decent. Salary is competitive compared to other firms, and they give timely payments. office space is nice and well-maintained.

There are limited opportunities for remote work. No pickup cab facility.

I really appreciate the collaborative culture there. The team is very supportive , and leadership encourages talented minds, which makes work both engaging and rewarding. Very frequent training to keep employees up to date and upscaled with latest immigration trends and process. Internal job chnanging options are there but that depends on the department and skills. Salary is good and on time Flexible timings Work culture is good. Work pressure is moderate and manageble. Managers and other staffs are friendly and supportive. Good work environment. Opportunities for skill development and learning is good.

WFH options are available only for very few departments. Office party's and other employee engagements only once in 3 months.

Very good platform for learning new things.. work life balance.. No pressure from managers and giving always option to explore and provide our best without their interface. tehy are always encourage and believe in our work. Company offers excellent training programs for skill development, especially for freshers . Work space will feels like little congested but very peacefull to work.

Nothing : i feel that they know what they are doing and they found out a loop hole and taking that advantage to scam people and make money.

Its not a genuine company all the reviews online and youtube videos are all fake, they written them by themself there is a guy who is recruited to do just that. Once you make any payment there is nothing that will be done related to you profile unless you clear your EILTS and get ECA certificate. once you have this they just createyou profile which you can do, they do not have any office outside india. They have more than 50 % client where they cant speak english, without speaking english how some one can clear IELTS and they can be considered as eligible....Read More
