There is nothing to like in OPI,whoever join this company get self-realization in first six month that this is the biggest mistake of life to join this company ,then comes the stage where one has to think that is it ok for him to live in such a suffocating environment with bull shit incremental policy where only particular department get a decent increment,rest all get a excuse that there boss hasn't awarded good marks to them,if everything depends on boss then why HR is there they should resign.Very poor management which is totally account centric- everything is looked by specs of profit without knowing science behind the product and that is leading company more steps back...Read More

Company policies are the most awful things which are drafted by more poor HR,where people doesn't know ABCD of policy and they are taking shade of policy,Field HR is looking after by a person who can't speak well for 10 mins and he is considering himself as a CEO this all is due to people centric decision.they are running every month an appreciation program where people who get appreciation are on maternal leave or publishing everything on their portal ridiculous,no defined process. Training team doesn't know ABCD about product he is just for soft skill training - will this type of people will bring a single penny to company.Other training team members are just busy watching series on mobile or chatting with their family mates.international team people use to play PUBG in company and laid in their seats doing stock trading.This all is their as they all know HR is blind and no one is going to do anything just be in your chair and make noise like your doing a great job...Read More
