The company is facing multiple issues such as a lack of new projects, a disorganized process, and a lack of effective leadership. Despite claiming over 20 years in the industry, they have fewer than 60 employees, and there are numerous undelivered projects. Clients are frustrated and desperate for delivery, while employees are unhappy due to delayed appraisals, irregular working hours, and a poor work-life balance. The introduction of monitoring software, such as Insightful, for productivity tracking can also be seen as intrusive. Beware of the misleading reviews posted by recent joinee, Ots mandates recent hires to post favorable reviews on platforms such as Glassdoor, Google, and Ambition Box within a mere 15 days of joining – a desperate ploy to mask the undeniable disarray that plagues this sinking ship."
