Orion provide opportunity to learn New skills. You may get permission to work remotely it depends on projects and team. Other wise it's hybrid mode (12 days in month).

Dislikes

Minimum salary hike, Appraisal cycle is worst , it's evaluated from Apr- March but get in July. Last year they deducted 3 months arrivers. Lots of things varies based location and project.

The work is good and you will be able to learn new things. They push you hard to keep learning which will in turn help us uplift ourselves.

Dislikes

Poor management of good employees. Very partial and the pay is less. Those who work are flooded with too much work. No value for female employees and their mental health.

Own time salary.Management is good and they have strong financial stability and one of the growing IT company .

Useless Inactive HR department they won't respond your queries they only send mails to cut your salary . Very high internal politics especially in operations teams , Groupism and discrimination is on peak due to internal politics. TL always try protect some people because they have a gang in team ...like old friends , roommates .If we made a small mistakes they only highlight such mistakes but never value your hardwork . The project I am working on is using very old tools and practices which they doesn't wanted to upgrade.. And very limited chance to enhance your skills .. They stopped the variable pay with lots of non compliance ... And very hard to get it back even with genuine reasons... HR/management is very lethargic to reply your email/teams chat..

Its a corporate MNC so I loved the corporate culture and the office ambience.

Dislikes

They make us sit in bench for a very long time and eventually ask us to retire voluntarily. I was with one of the worst manager(Mr.PremKumar) who treated only his favorable employees. I wasted my 2 yrs of my early career in Orion and laid-off without any experience in work. still now i did not get any job and no one care about a middle-class fresher's life. No job security CURSE YOUU !!!!
