They make us sit in bench for a very long time and eventually ask us to retire voluntarily. I was with one of the worst manager(Mr.PremKumar) who treated only his favorable employees. I wasted my 2 yrs of my early career in Orion and laid-off without any experience in work. still now i did not get any job and no one care about a middle-class fresher's life.
