I've never seen a friendly environment in any companies other than orange. You will be having a balanced work life. Apart from it, you will learn skill development and technical fundamentals very well.

Dislikes

Work culture is awesome. You will never find a more stressfree environment anywhere else, atleast that's what I think. All employees are very cooperative.

Dislikes

Hikes are average and below average most of the times. No hike with promotions. So, your base salary will be more probably your last laugh, as far as salary is concerned.
