Work life balance is good. Once you have hands on with the project, life becomes easy and you can take out ample time to develop yourself. Any new addition of task gives you a bit of mental pressure but after things settle down, it doesn't matters much. It is properly absorbed and life is still easy. However this is a part of evolution of both organization and the individual.

Dislikes

Not really anything negative about the organization but depends on your manager i.e. if your manager is good, life is good. Promotions are not very frequent. You can get opportunities after being tenured and that too when their is an opening within team, which is very few.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
