Management avoid to appreciate, yes you heard right. They will appreciate change managers and tech lead but not the operations guys who actually running their business. Management have money to give outsiders but not to those who are working restlessly for them. Bad culture!

Feels like working in a factory, tenured employees are only upto making brownie points and do nothing but putting blame on some else, management has no sense of management all they care about is what tenured guys are doing, long story short come here only for a short time and only if it's the only option
