I would suggest not joining this company they will hire you for the salary that you asked for next month and within 30 days they will reduce your salary by complaining to you .. only the uneducated works hear without know what corporate culture

My experience at OraiYan Groups was extremely disappointing and distressing. From the outset, the working culture was toxic, and I was misled about my salary. After joining, I discovered that many of my colleagues faced the same issue, which highlighted a lack of transparency in the management. The management practices are particularly concerning. They hired HR personnel but required them to pay for hiring portals upfront. Only after securing hires would they consider providing salaries. This approach not only places an unfair financial burden on employees but raises serious ethical questions. If we are expected to invest our own money into tools necessary for our work, it begs the question: why should we even be working there? Deepak Subramanian, who hired me, assured me that I would receive my salary on time and have access to necessary portals. However, when I inquired about the portals, he would belittle our concerns and insult us, suggesting that if we had to pay for the portals, our sales team should handle hiring themselves. His behavior escalated to harassment, both mentally and physically. He repeatedly disregarded my discomfort and continued inappropriate physical contact despite my clear objections. Additionally, I faced threats regarding my salary whenever I asked about the portal situation. Deepak made it clear that he would withhold my pay if I pressed the issue further. Attempts to escalate my concerns to higher authorities were met with indifference; they simply denied knowing me.
