Dislikes

Low salary, less benefits, bonuses are very rare, currently going through a bad phases. Lit of layoffs are going on from past 18 months and there are still going on.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
