Management is good and focus to highlight staff’s contribution.No micromanagement. Easy and flexible to work in team environment. Job Stability is there. Team is supportive and intelligent.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
