1.poor career growth - no industry standard learning 2. Poor financial growth: hikes happen like rain in desert, once in a while. That too of poor percentage ( at times even single digit ). No good projects, no salary hike or promotion or even bonus. Better opportunities outside Oracle can be considered, and you will be lucky if you get a good project and that's also one out of 50 case. Very less on- site opportunity and lot of politics in management level

If you are a fresher this is a great company to work for as you get to know and work on multiple tech stacks but as time progresses the tech stacks remains same and doesnt change which causes monotony and you do not have opportunities to learn new tech stacks. Good higher management and work life balance.

One of the best organisations I've worked in. Far far better work culture than the service companies. Very few companies can surpass the work culture and work standards maintained by Oracle. When people are happy, they dont need much management, they take responsibility of product themselves. That is clear when working in Oracle.

1. No salary hike in 5 years, i.e. since the time I joined. Just the excuse "we dont have budget" 2. Taking a leave or even 2 hours off the manager makes you feel as though you're stealing from his house. 3. No Training, they say they dont have budget for it. If somehow one enrolls they are frowned upon by managers "is the training relevant to our work" . Not to mention the daily and weekly updates you need to share after the trainings. 4.
