Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? There is no internal growth. High work life balance. If your getting more salary than your manager (as he working for long term in same company with less salary) then they will fire you. Lot of politics for promotion and salary hikes. They will hve product development and services teams but they are using these department to show their power and politics nothing else.
