Although such benefits are there, the company fails to recognize and promote decent talent. There was a monetized incentive program[apart from perf bonus] earlier, which got scrapped, the pay is on the lower end of a decent scale. Extreme work pressure with no target consideration. Unrealistic target expectations. Rude behaviour of TL's. Working for more than 8,9 hours ended up to get marked as halfday . No work life balance. Even after having flexi hours for login. Managers constantly ask employees to login before 9am.
