1) Higher management have lack of clarity towards the goals of respective Business Units. 2) Worst behaviour towards the employees, usage of inappropriate words from the management. 3) Lack of appriciation towards the outcomes unless and until if its related to billing or finance or profits. 4) Consistenly (every couple of days) making the change in Learning paths based on the Leads that we get. 5) Blaming the resources if any thing planned fails and never hesitate to take credits for management in all the public fourms...Read More
