I worked for 8 months with a client called CTOS for Optimum infosystem. The initial working and team bonding was all great. However whenever we ask any questions that puts the client uncomfortable they will start raising lower critical items like come to work daily, attend all calls from office like that. Things will be good for another 1 or 2 weeks and again the cycle will repeat. My payroll company optimum has no one who understands this working. Any problem raised by client means they will not defend us they will just go with what client says. Now the client is releasing people left right and middle. The payroll company optimum is just exiting us from the company. Very very unhappy and dissatisfied....Read More
