They pay starting good salary. Then no improvement. It can be negative also.

All other things. Once put in client site they wont meet you at all. They will help when we ask any admin information like leave balance, HR team, submit proof, salary slip and all. But when you ask project related help the account manager wont help at all. They wont provide training. Expect us to pay by ourself. Manager wont connect me to any technical team. They keep on saying they have practice team, coe team and all. But no help come to employee. Once I reach someone in practice. They say I dont have enough experience asked me to learn and come back something in testing then ask the question again to them. For this I will study all this myself.
