This company offers good work environment. Get good exposure to work on newer technologies such as AI/ML. All HR policies are employee friendly as they offers work from home and flexible time policy which offers better comfort space for all employees.

No scope of growth. One can only work on the same helpdesk and ticketing stuff which gets monotonous. There is no career path or growth for LMS professionals as there is nothing to grow beyond an Analyst. 60 days notice is crazy 🤣
