Company is really good for self motivated employees, Great work culture WFH and Saturday's holiday balances your work life. Management is well reachable and active, very supportive work environment but may be difficult for new joiner because most of employees are WFH

Dislikes

in Sales employees are very supportive but due to WFH they may not reachable sometime, No cafeteria

Worst company culture..they treat employees as MAJDUR...No respect for employees at all...HR AND director himself will harass you when u will in notice period...They dont have any policy they make policies immediately to trap you in the name of policy... appraisal in chiller...u cant beleive a guy working 5 years there and he got appraisal of 1500 rs... my suggestion is dont join if u have more then 1 year experience...Read More
