Work life balance can be improved, mandatory 3-days at office, no job security especially for acquired employees, layoffs are done every 3-6 months, while hiring new talent at same time (which is actually good sign of rebalancing)

They prioritize their own self-interest and job security, than teams growth or company growth. Such kind of foolish and micromanaging managers, with maximum insecurity.
