You are open to help anyone with your knowledge. Site at good location Work environment is good.

Dislikes

Backward technology (programming language) for development. No training, no game activities, no outing. Work culture is just work work work. Growth is very limited. No transparency. Salary not on time. Always after 10th of month. No digital documentation for salary slips. Promotion and increment are also in doubt. No relocation to other branches.

The HR is quite nice and rest nothing is good. A lot of politics. Partialiyy during Appraisals. No benefits. Do not expect them to leave you before your notice period ends, at no cost. The worst time is the notice period, you are treated as if you bave committed the biggest mistake of your entire life.

Dislikes

Too discriminative. Group leads use harsh language. No professionalism. pathetic behaviour of the managers. Lot of partiality. A lot of politics.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
