They know very well how to trouble you & play with your future carrier. HR is very poor and they them-self don't know what they are doing, just like a postmaster. Simply a waste of time, nothing there to learn and you will forget what you have learned also.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
