If their client partnership is over... or project completed then asap they will throw their employees... minus % job security... to waste ur carrier u can join... I have worked for 2 + years... also u won't get leave encashment but they will mention in offer... many fake promises...

They are mostly doing outsourcing only(Hiring people on their payroll and sent them directly to client location.. If there is project closure or contract closed by chance any opening with other client you remaining have the job otherwise you have to search outside) so job security rate is average only.. Think twice about your personal situation before join.

1. They will give you all false information and commitment to get you in. 2. They change/force policy anytime 3. No job security, if client says they dont want you they will throw you out next day. 4. No one (HR/Manager) bother to connect with you when you are client location. 5. You will feel helpless coz they listen to only what client says , no value to your words. There are so many points to mention but I think above points are enough to take your decision...Read More

Nothing to like about this company,this is only going with the outsourcing policy. If the client releases you from project they will lay off or ask to resign. No certification,no employee self learning programs,no programs at all,no benifits.

I had to relocate to join the office and was fired too after relocation. there was nothing much likes except the work which we were going to handle.

Dislikes

I was not given flexibility to work from home when i got immediately married. They terminated my service on 2nd warning for not coming to office where i was working from home and following the instructions from colleagues.
