Not a security company, they providing cyber security, but culture is like BPO/call center.

Dislikes

The work environment is a frustrated with a poor work culture and no work life balance. The HR department is ineffective and the managers and head of HR are underqualified.

The HR management at Ontinue India is abysmal. There's absolutely zero job security; layoffs can happen at any moment without warning. Team meetings? Forget about it. And don't even dream of team outings or office visits – those are non-existent too. It's impossible to trust HR when they can't even provide basic support and communication for employees.
