To be honest, there's nothing to like about this company except for being used as a second base before your dream job switch but not worth more than 6 months of your time.

Dislikes

One of the worst culture would be working extra hours without compensation. The manager is foul-mouthed and supervisor does nothing but give extra tasks to perform which aren't a part of your job profile and never pays attention to the problems of team members, often gives allocated tasks to someone n takes credit for the same whileabandoning the person who actually did the job<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Job security is zero as the manager and supervisor often threat to fire you if you say no to extra work which isn't a part of your job</mark>. They deny to let you apply for leave even if you are sick and makes you work almost 12-13 hours everyday. Sometimes, they ask you to login on weekends too without compensation.
