Salary not good, they want cheap labour but high quality work. No job security Management shows too much favouritism towards certain employees Your weekends will be gone. You should work on Saturdays but you wont get compoff.

Hectic, no work life balance, less pay, too much flexibility given to certain employees, poor management. They have hire and fire policy towards seniors. Many months salary got delayed due to funding issues.
