It's not in the category of company. It's sort of a retail shop. Six days working. No work culture. Even employees are not allowed to talk with their team members. No holiday on Holi, Diwali even national holiday allowed. Otherwise four-day salary will be deducted if take leave on national holiday or on any festival.
