Culture: My company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely, also there is support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their efforts. Policies: Lot of employee friendly policies and initiatives from HR department. Many cultural events are organised by HR and celebrated properly by employees. Food: They have canteen facility and delicious food, variety and quality of food is worth mentioning here. Within the span of 1 year I got to work on multiple domains and technologies. The positive thing about OneClick is the working culture. Everyone is ready to help and also communicates very gently. My mentors always help me to solve problems in my project and also they told me about my mistakes that should not happen in the upcoming projects. Also whichever resource I needed for the flutter development, they provide me. So happy to be part of OneClick.
