Leave balance is very less. Only 15 days and 5 emergency leaves. It should be increased. Also should provide onsite opportunities to work with clients abroad.

I had very bad experience in my career life this company has change my career position from up to down. At the time of joining they promise for the permanent role and job security after the period of 6 months we can be depend upon them as they can throw us out anytime with out any notice.
