There is no Job security as the client can off-board the employee anytime by giving a reason of budget or even if you get ill or hospitalised and take leaves. ODA doesn't pay salary to employees while on bench. All the projects ODA receives are Ctrl+C & Ctrl+V type.Work culture is also horrible when you work on a project which ODA has received from client.
