Also there seems to be a lack of recognition for the hard work of junior and mid level colleagues, with the acknowledgement often based more on personal connections that the actual performance.

The Company Was good before, Because We would get Salary on time. There was No Pressure of work. and the Duty Time Was Perfect. 8x6 or 9x5.

Its an Manpower Company, This company is an Autodesk Dealers, They Will Hire Draftsman & Beam Modular And give to other company for Hiring Basses, The Drivers are managers, They will Play Politics, Now a days Management is also playing Politics. if we dont have Site, We have to sit on loss of pay. Or go to vacation. Drivers will Pick Early In the Morning & Drop Late in the Evening.
