There is nothing to be liked about this company, The leadership is filled with very toxic and unqualified people like Sachin Kumar, Divan Dave & Satish Nair. They don't know anything about marketing and which is exactly why the are not able to sell products and they expect you to sell their products without any tools and resources..

Salaries are never on time, There is always an issue with the company's bank servers on the salary day, Salary Date is 7th of every month but don't expect your salary before 13th. Management/Leadership doesn't bother about the challenges at workplace Job Security, There is nothing likejob security at OmniMD, They'll fire you without any reason, explanation or notice and at the time of firing Employees they promise you full salary but they don't pay nothing, They promise you salary because you don't create any problem while leaving, so please take all your due funds at the time of leaving or else call the police. They're also doing some illegal business off the record and running scam call centre, so police can come at any time....Read More

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike.
