Strategist - Social Media Marketing
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies.
- Manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels.
- Design and implement social media strategy to align with business goals.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Meta, Instagram, and other social platforms.
- Create audience-specific targeting strategies to drive high-quality MQLs through paid efforts.
- Implement A/B testing for ad creatives, audience targeting, and copy to improve campaign ROI.
- Monitor key performance metrics (CPC, CTR, conversion rates, etc) to evaluate campaign success and optimize in real-time.
- Generate detailed campaign performance reports and present insights to stakeholders.
- Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager for tracking.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless handover and follow-up of leads generated through paid campaigns.
- Identify consumer trends to help with planning social media campaigns.
- Craft compelling content that communicates our value proposition and engages our audience across various channels, including but not limited to blog posts, social media, and email marketing.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve desired outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
- Research and evaluate the latest tools and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity.
- Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and align with company goals.
- Assist in organizing and participating in events, conferences, and webinars to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Develop, launch, and manage new competitions and campaigns that promote our organization and brand.
- Create and/or coordinate original and engaging multimedia content across multiple social platforms.
Main Skills:
- Good Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing & Campaign Marketing.
- Extensive knowledge of social media strategies and managing multiple platforms concurrently.
- Strong understanding of audience targeting, lead generation, and funnel optimization.
