No exposure of learning new things. No trust on their employees. Everyone is indulge in politics to humiliate others. Average rate of hiring and firing is 2 months for middle and top level. Work environment is very very bad. Everyone tries to put their mistakes on someone another. Working at Omnia means spoil of your future.

They are fraud. They say that you don't need to pay any admission fee but they ask you if you own a website or not which usually people like you and me don't own because we dont need it. Then they will ask you to pay 2500rs soo that they can make you a website. After that they give you terrible job which never can earn you a single penny. Basically you have to promote other websites by viewing them and raising their impression. And this is time consuming and boring.. People gets tired of doing this after 1-2 days. Next you have to promote your own website for that they will provide you an account on a horrible site which I never came across before. There are disgusting people reporting other's profile for no reason. If you ask them to visit you website and click on the ad they will simply report you and you will lose your profile and omni will not take any responsibility or provide you a new account. So you get stoppef by this before you can make some money. Once you lose your profile omni tech will no longer give you salary. So you pay for an useless website and you get stopped before you earn money. This is just a trap by omni tech otherwise they would have provide you a good site for promoting. But they give you some disgusting site thay they are very sure that you'll get blocked by other person and they will simply say that you didn't follow their rules for promotion....Read More
