I worked in Omnia when I was my studying in 2008 for six month only. Learned BPO culture, work flow and had meet different people. If you are looking to start your carrier in BPO, It will be helpful for you in terms of personality development, customer handling and culture.

Dislikes

Salary was less than other BPOs like Tech mahindra, Mphasis etc. and appraisal and position was not up to mark as relevant to your experience and work.
