First of all I write this comment after working 3 years of Omega healthcare as senior process executive this is my 8th company in Chennai dam surely tell about this. this is my entire nightmare of my whole life they want for a project they will do whatever not they don't think about you they will fire you very much HR management also operation management ever I have seen you are a fresher or experience whatever it is you don't think about your family then definitely you will join there when I write a professional review site I could not say any bad words about this company if ambition box shows this to Omega definitely I will say one word Bastar** company...Read More

No one know their responsibility and roles. Worst organisation ever seen before. Internally supporting each one and living in fake world. Always expecting some one to perform but forget their toxicity not allow anyone to perform in this pathetic environment.

Dislikes

They need look at their toxicity in work environment. Especially for management people need some coaching to know their roles and responsibilities. Simply waste.

Simply waste... They not even inform you... They will suddenly terminate from the office... HR or Manager really not helpful for the employees.. They just want to flirt with girls and go back of the girls... Girls are the 1st priority... Even if a boy come in girl dress these HRs and Managers will follow them by hanging their tongue out..

Nothing why not issued PIP to person who is in medical leave but not submitted the medical records. PIP should be issued to tha person whether he newly joined or whoever. Why management care that employee so much from that date he joined. Management not care about old employees now.

During ramp period, one should learn about project so that target will be achieved without help of clients assistant. Simple think don't know but cornering and controlling employees by stop providing transport, network Issues, Scolding, toxic culture. If you don't know something allow some one will do for project. Don't do this.

Dislikes

I don't like partiality, toxic work culture for taking credit of someone efforts, controling behaviour, micro management, stop providing facilities. If don't know anything take advice from them but don't try to control them.

Politics inside the company they are not gonna promote you to next level by order only TL and manager will get decide about promotion not fair politics for other team is ver bad they will try to dump the whole team because of the policy In a project
