I have been working with Omega Healthcare Trichy since January 2020 and it has been a fun and exciting everyday to work with Omega RKR.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I leave this comment after working 2 years with Omega. Omega will not consider us as employees. They see as production tool. The work pressure is high. Wen I say this, you have to trust me. TL,Managers,HR and even include any management. They will only support management. They won't listen employees concern. So it's waste to fight with these people. Important thing I have to mention here. We don't have email access in Omega. Your teammates are zero cooperation. They won't say anything even if they are facing issues. They have been trained in such a way.That means you have no rights to say anything to them. They need production. As long as you do production and ready to say ok for anything what they say. Learning wise so many options is there in omega and different types of activities makes comfortable to work with colleagues but from some of the people it is spoiling there given priority to whom they r comfortable with people not with work. After receiving mail from me there is no immediate action taken there is no little concern also. They don't no how to handle the situation they did not make me comfortable to work. After all this less batch allocation Team leader not asking why batch has allocated less only one person gave priority there what process associate tell we have to listen if she taken meeting we should listen quality person calls when error is there like garments people tells roudly for one error.
