This message is an awareness for freshers who is gone start their carrier in omega Health care management services i have worked in omega Healthcare management services almost 1 year and also served my notice period promptly but after leaving the job when i was asking for full and final settlement and experience letter they we're saying that since i didn't complete one year job with them i need to pay 15000 for training that they have provided at initial they told it was mentioned in offer letter later when checked it was not mentioned in offer letter when i asked to hrbp he told that it was informed during On-boarding and training i don't remember since says days passed so I asked one of colleague regarding that he also told that it was not informed during that time. Most of my batch met left within a year now i am unable to get my experience letter since i have negative balance so only if settle that amount i will be able to get my relieving letter i am a extremely poor person now i am unable pay to them Back. I request all of you to take time and read all terms and conditions carefully with omega Healthcare management services especially check that have you made agreement with TRAP( training repayment agreement provisions). They care only for female employees future & their career growth...they won't fulfil basic needs in an organisation for male employees & they won't consider about their career...

Organisation is ok but in that team leads and managers are very worst They will only see over works and other things nothing of they have work they will beg and no work means they said f…off no grouth no hike

Nothing to like in this company. They treated me like hell. First day itself, trauma started. Cab driver and people's treated me like something. Which is look like preplanned to Harass someone.

Dislikes

Worst Cafeteria have to wait in queue for single tea and biscuit. Food court also worst nothing there. Cab issues. Favoritism amoung people's else harassment. Spreading Gossiping to everywhere. People suffered in hell only after death but in here everyday living in hell.

I like the company and its quarterly appraisal and flexible shift timings we can be free if we done our work on time

The politics in the team and Tl and managers will give promotion only they like, for the that we have to boast them and need to do all the chores they assign to us and will offer drink and need to comment double meaning jokes.if we fail to do we will get targetted and forcibly will thrown out, and will give reasons like anything andhr's will be acting like they are helping us but will surely make our exit as quick as possible will be always in favour of the management...Read More

I like to share that team lead is the main role there like more if we have good friendship menas there are supporting... If we have queries means... We as Ar process executives cannot able to reach hr or file any queries....and mail access is not there to lodge queries upto them .... Just we have to work under there control... If weask questions they are cornering.... Iam not here to lodge all the TLs but some sre like this so..... Treating as somethings.... Depends on the project you will be recognized not all projects are bad. 2.6 years i survived in hectic project I'm recognized more than what i deserve that's why i leaving Omega

Due to 2 to 4 meetings in a day we were not achieve targets , so they consider as deficit and TL said should work on every Saturday and Sundays even they didn't provide leaves and public holidays also,( in Omega calender Saturday, Sunday holiday, and mentioned public holidays) but we were didn't get.......

Good environment and not that much stress.wfh is benefit is working here. Friendly staffs and managers.nice place to work.if salary will be much better then it is best place to work

There is no hike after 2 years
