Nothing I like about working in Omega, operation and backend management involved they will never listen to your issue... If you will never get an opportunity for the next level until your close with team lead and manager. HR are no use

My last working day was on March 4 2023, After taking clean relieving till now it's more than 70 days still I didn't get any settlement and the experience letter, HR people will never respond to calls... Backend management is worst I have never seen this kind company in my overall experience.

partiality is tha mani problem, as in m from the different state so I won't get any facilities,not talking about cab all,but freshers it's good platform to get some experience,that's all ,this is about channel Omega only

Work Environment OK. Seniors are supportive. Not a diverse culture, most of the employees are from TN.

When I worked at that company, the QC team member wasn’t supportive. He often discouraged people while evaluating our work performance. If we didn’t engage with him in the way he preferred, he would single us out. This negative environment eventually led me to leave the job.

According to my experience in omega...especially in my team they are literally trying to lay off my job in first 6 months like lot and lot of pressure in ED coding... while working in omega healthcare i lost my mental health and put me in under pressure.... i had a worst work experience in my team

I am very happy that company provides an internal soft skill training and also provides an opportunity of internal job posting. Ability/Caliber are always been recognised by the company.
