There is so many politics. I have around 7+ years experience in omega. But i have been moved to bench and relived. Though i have enough experince i have not promoted as Lead. But i do see many people who comes directly from user to QA and QA to Lead .

Work life balance is not allowed to maintain by some projects especially in work from home Targets are more for Lead level Internal and client calls are planned only later in the day which affects shift hours

Nothing is good. If you get a call from HR looking for AR Caller for this company just run. As they will spoil your life by saying good things about this company. If you are a person who is hardworking, dedicated. Then please go and work in other company as they will care for ur hardwork but this company won't. Worst , worst company

They will make u work in weekends and if you are in nightshift. Extending is must and you have to do it for evryday till you work in this company. Also they won't provide u can while extending and you have to catch bus and go. You mental peace, your family, your friends and your personal life will be gone. Company culture is poor, managers are rude and they create a stressful environment for employes, continuous micromanagement makes working here worst. Zero job security. Projects keep on changing very frequently. No new skill development just monotonous work.
