Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

My salary is not credited till now. no, leave. no personal life. no salary payment on time. the worst company where I have worked in my life. they don't respect your experience they offer you a good package but when you will start work in the company then you feel you are in trouble with them if you leave them you will nothing in your hand. there is no any work culture like a Pvt ltd company.
