There is no job security First they will hire you and later after 3 to 4 days they will fire you. My recommendation is that not to work with this company.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

i like nothing about this company om production , they suck at management .

Dislikes

they don't have basic work ethics , they don't have the basic humanity to deal with customer , they just take money , disappear , i have paid money to many customers , i can't deal with it anymore . so i am really looking forward to complaint about it , i can deal with it anymore .
