Because it's my first job in my career,I love the fact that I'm a part of this institution.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. Work pressure is very high sometimes sometimes I have to take back my suggestion most of time there is no on- job training fir freshers hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes

Frankly speaking my work is challenging ,but it's ok it was a great learning experience for me

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
