Salary is above industry standards for any position. Get to work some of truly brilliant minds

Dislikes

Work life balance. Given that it's a startup you would expect that you would have to stretch your timelines a few days. But now, it's managed very horrible. No respect for peoples views. Fast fail approach from the upper management in every aspect. Entire middle management is filled with nincompoops.

nothing much to like about it except joining package.

Dislikes

lots of politics. no respect for employees. You might hear leads yelling/abusing their subordinates.
