Ojas is a good company. Has lots of learn from there. Has efficient management and work culture is good. People are cordial. Salary and benefits are according to Industry standard and this is the motivating factor. However, if learning is the priority, than Ojas it is right place.

The company offers good learning experience, updating the writers and video creator of the minutiae of astrology, so that they can curate authentic content. Also, all technical needs of each department are properly met.

The place is steeped in office politics. The entry of the eldest brother of the CEO has turned things for the worse, trying to change the content from authentic to newsworthy. Now, the goal isn't customer satisfaction, but personal satisfaction. Also, most reviews here are fake, written by the company itself.

It was fun to begin with, but as employee gets older, management starts losing interest in them, shelving their projects, pushing them and their accomplishments to the background. Then they start placing importance on a newcomer and the cycle repeats.
