All your good things will be counted on the day you resign to clap on, and they will make you count your mistakes when you ask for promotion or appraisal. If you did something good it's because of management and if you failed to deliver it's on you. It doesn't matter if you complete your work on time or not, they judge employees onwho spends more hours in the office. You will get assigned a lot of work on friday, so you need to work over the weekend very frequently....Read More
