No work life balance, no job security, no support in terms of learning or training, it's sink or swim, and alongside, projects, teams and even whole departments are dissolved and employees laid off within hours at the whims of the founders.

Good company where you and your friend cum last office colleague can work together and you can give the growth to yourselves specially in finance.

Dislikes

No job securtiy, no personal life, managers are very aggrogant. If you are going to join in finance then it will be going to your biggest mistake in life. If you see the hiring is open 12 months because firing is there in the company 12 months. HR will not tell you the same in the inter view.
