There is a manager name ruby dua who is very selfish, always Target their subordinate, always remain at home & operate from there only,never coming to office and ask their team member to be reach office everyday on time.never ready to listen to anyone.In every 4-6 months resign herself and revoke her resign by increasing her salary.

I was working in the credit department at Barakhamba Delhi branch and this was my worst mistake to join this pathetic company. Company sold its portfolio, high delinquency, no fresh equity infusion, Poor management by the senior management who destroyed company- Sudip (credit Head) and Kshitij Puri (CEO and founder), Arjun Negi (AVP Credit) I got an email on 7th April22 from Sudip, and next day he fired everyone.
