I would say pathetic, following are the reason to say so "Work-life balance": There is no such thing as "work life balance" at Odysseus. You will frequently get calls from your team lead or senior authorities in night asking for task completion or for queries as well even though you work in your regular shift. "Skill improvement": It depends on in which team you are working, there are only one or two teams who usually gets new projects(I mean projects that requires new technology or something challenging. Otherwise, it only requires basic .net knowledge to complete new projects) "Rude management behavior": this is also one of the main reason behind company losses his valuable resources.
